It looks like Disney's efforts to pull out all the stops in its marketing of The Jungle Book has paid off. The live action interpretation of the Disney classic pulled in $32.4 million on its opening day, which puts it on track for a $90 million opening weekend sum. If it keeps up this pace, it would hit #3 on the list of all-time opening weekend totals in March, behind Captain America: Winter Solider at $95 million.
