On Friday at Capitol Hill, Rosario Dawson was arrested along with several other people during a demonstration. The Guardian Reports that Dawson was later fined $50 and released, and will not need to appear before court. Dawson and the other protesters were warned multiple times by US Capitol police before being arrested. Dawson told The Guardian, ?I wanted personally to be in solidarity with the other folks who put themselves on the line and really just to bring attention to this because I think that?s just vitally important,? she told The Guardian.
