J.J. Abrams has proved his magic touch when it comes to shelved propertieslike Star Trek and Star Wars franchises. In a Q&A sit down with Chris Rock at the Tribeca Film Festival, Rock threw out another franchise that could use some tender love and care to Abrams: the Fantastic Four. The comedian asked Abrams if he could direct the superhero movie. But the Fantastic Four has never really had that classic take on the franchise. The best you could say about the first entry was that it was "okay", so that isn't really a high bar.
