Following in Kylie Jenner's footsteps, Katy Perry has announced her own lip kit line through covergirl. The pop singer took to her concours-twitter.htm">twitter to make the exciting announcement. She tweeted: "After several wonderful years of BEING the face, I now get to CREATE the face!" She then tweeted a video of the collections colors and announced the brand name, the Katy Kat Matte Collection. The lip kits are available on a presale exclusively through walmart. Perry later tweeted a special treat for her first 100 presale orders. She tweeted: "...the first 100 pre-orders get a Perry Panther lipstick signed by me!"
