Adam Arkin is joining The Carmichael Show.
The Emmy winner has been tapped to play Maxine's dad, Grant North, in an upcoming episode, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
So when he comes to town for Maxine's graduation, Jerrod (star and co-creator Jerrod Carmichael) is determined to impress him.
Arkin joins recent season two guests including Marla Gibbs. His recent TV credits include How to Get Away With Murder, Fargo season two, Masters of Sex and Justified, among many others.
