Emmy and golden Globe winning Actor Jeffrey Tambor, has signed on to write his memoir, publisher Crown Archetype announced. The memoir will be a collection of humorous and inspiring autobiographical essays that will trace Tambor's life from his childhood as a self-described "fat kid with a lisp in a Hungarian-Jewish family with a father whose motto was 'Don't celebrate ? they'll take it away from you'" to the present.Tambor's notable works include George Bluth on Arrested Development and Hank Kingsley on The Larry Sanders Show. He has received praise for playing Maura Pfefferman, a retired professor living as a woman after a life as a male on Transparent.
