According to court papers filed this month, Charlie Sheen?s ex-wife claims that the ?Two and Half Men? star owes nearly $90,000 in past due child support payments. After divorcing in 2011, Sheen agreed to pay Brooke Mueller $55,000 a month for their twin 7-year-old boys until they turned 18. Sheen pays the same amount to his other ex-wife, Denise Richards, to support their two daughters.
