On Wednesday, after invalidating the property's sale to a businesswoman, A Los Angeles judge made way for singer Katy Perry to purchase a former convent. The land case set Perry and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles against the nuns who used to live at the convent and sought to sell the property to Dana Hollister, an L.A Restauranteur. Perry wishes to turn the convent into a personal residence.
