Congratulations are in order for Lindsay Lohan and boyfriend Egor Tarabasov. Entertainment Tonight confirms the couple is engaged, after dating for less than a year. Last month, she also flaunted Tarabasov's fit physique on Instagram, posting a picture of him shirtless underneath a blazer. According to Vanity Fair, Tarabasov lives in London, where he's starting his own company.
