Lindsay Lohan was just proposed to, by her boyfriend, Egor Tarabasov according to reports just coming in. Apparently Lohan said yes to the proposal at some point over last weekend. Lohan has been hanging out, some say hiding out in London since doing a play, Speed The Plow at West End a couple of years ago. Lindsay stated that she is doing better and no one deserves credit for that other than herself. Lohan stated, ?That?s the one thing in America they always have done with me.
