Sources confirm to E! News that 29-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan is engaged to her Russian business heir boyfriend Egor Tarabasov. The 'Mean Girls' star said in an interview with The Sun last month, "I haven't known Egor for that long. We've been together for about seven months. He is a great guy. I met him in the summer. I'm really happy." Egor, whose father is a multi-millionaire businessman, met Lindsay through mutual friends at a party.
