Cory Monteith died in July 13, 2013, from a drug overdose, but his then-girlfriend and Glee co-star, Lea Michele, is making him a part of her forever. The Scream Queens star debuted a new tattoo on Instagram Tuesday morning. She chose to have the number 5 tattooed onto her body.
"And one more...for my Quarterback...#5," she captioned the pic. The number 5 refers to Monteith's Glee character's football jersey number. Finn Hudson was the quarterback of the school's football team, making him a leader both on the field and off.
