During Paramount Pictures presentation at CinemaCon 2016, Tom Cruise appeared via a taped message to introduce Jack Reacher: Never Go Back footage and to provide an update on Mission: Impossible 6. According to Cruise, filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie has written a "very entertaining and compelling story" for the sixth installment in the popular action-spy franchise, and it will, of course, include plenty of "big stunts" for Cruise to perform.
