In Touch Weekly will be facing charges from country singer Blake Shelton after a judge has given the advice that she thinks Shelton should 'proceed with a lawsuit against the tabloid.' In Touch Weekly is being sued over a story published saying that Blake Shelton was headed to rehab that appeared on the cover of the magazine's September 2015 issue. District Judge Christina Snyder delivered her ruling on Monday in Los Angeles saying, "A jury should probably decide whether the headline was defamatory, and she will issue a final ruling in a few days."
