Elijah Cumming, congressman from Maryland, is endorsing Hillary Clinton for president. Cummings is the ranking Democrat on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. He also served in the same capacity on the House Select Committee on Benghazi. In an op-ed submitted to The Washington Post and reported on by the newspaper, Cummings took an implicit shot at Bernie Sanders, writing, "Families in Baltimore who are hurting right now need more than the promise of a political revolution."
