VIDEO : Bruce Springsteen Cancels North Carolina Concert To Protest Anti-LGBT Bill

As a sign of solidarity for the LGBT community, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have canceled their April 10th concert in Greensboro, North Carolina. The show is one of many stops on a tour celebrating the reissue of The River. On Friday, Springsteen released a statement on his website, writing, ?Some things are more important than a rock show." He went on to say that cancelling the concert was "the strongest means" for raising his "voice in opposition to those who continue to push us backwards instead of forwards." Ticket refunds will be issued to all who planned on attending the concert.
