The camera clearly loves Hilary Duff! The Younger actress shared a picture from her younger years via Instagram and Twitter on #ThrowbackThursday, and the Internet agrees: she will never take a better picture than this. Duff?who has appeared on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Elle, Maxim, Redbook, Seventeen and Shape, to name a few?had just moved from Texas to California when the photo was taken. It would be five years before she would land her first major role in Casper Meets Wendy, but it was obvious she had the "it" factor. In the picture she shared Thursday, the actress modeled diamond earrings and a fur stole. Now 28 years old, she captioned the pic, "#glamourshots #thanksmom #1993 #tbt."
