James Franco's upcoming Mother, May I Sleep With Danger? remake is adding a few twists. The Lifetime movie, which is based on the 1996 Tori Spelling TV movie about a young woman with a dangerous and obsessive boyfriend, will instead focus on a vampire-infused, same-sex love story, When theater major Leah (Leila George), brings home the special someone in her life to meet her mom, the family is met with a surprise when Pearl (Broad City's Emily Meade) comes to the door.
