Charlie Sheen is in trouble again and the LAPD stated that he is currently under surveillance from an elite detective unit. The Police wouldn't comment on the exact charges or who the victim might be, but it is rumored that Charlie Sheen threatened the life of his ex wife, Scottine Ross. Ross is an adult film actress that goes by the name, Brett Rossi. Sheen is being sued by Ross for allegedly having sex with her without telling her he was HIV positive.
