VIDEO : Guillermo del Toro Making 'Trollhunters' For Netflix

Dreamworks Animation and Guillermo del Toro are working on a collaboration to bring a new series, "Trollhunters" to Netflix sometime later this year. Del Toro co-wrote the novel on which the series is based. He tried to get the story done as an animated feature at Disney's animation studio but the project never found its way to completion. Del Toro made a name for himself with movies like "Pan's Labyrinth" and the 2 Hellboy films. In a recent story it was revealed that Hellboy 3 is having trouble finding it's funding, and perhaps this project contributed to the slow down.
