On Wednesday, a New York judge threw out Kesha claim against Dr. Luke. While Kesha had tearfully argued that she was SONY's slave and Dr. Luke her "master" under her current record contract, the judge pointed out that SONY had offered to allow Kesha to work with a wide range of SONY producers. The would mean that Kesha was not required to work with Dr. Luke. Just a few days ago, Kesha claimed that SONY offered to release Kesha from her contract if she would stop accusing Dr. Luke of raping her.
