Singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves has alluded to the usage of marijuana in more than one of her songs, making it more than just coincidence that she will perform a concert in the weed-legal state capital of Denver, Colorado on April 20th - the unofficial smokers' holiday. Her Facebook post announcing the show invited fans to "come get weird." She also has shirts that read "It's High Time" available for the event, which if purchased, come with hemp rolling papers as an added bonus.
