Actor Jared Leto will reportedly star in The Outsider, an action thriller that will be produced by Waypoint Entertainment and Linson Entertainment. The movie will be set in post-World War II Japan and tells the story of an imprisoned American soldier played by Leto who is released with the help of his Yakuza cellmate. Production for the movie is currently looking to start filming in the fall of 2016.
