Vogue wanted to know how she's kept up her natural, California girl look all these years. Aniston's advice is pretty similar to what a mom says to her daughter discovering make up for the first time: less is more. Aniston said: "Less is more, less makeup, less fuss, and just more natural, which I kind of prefer." She continued on to say: "This is the only body we're given, we need to be really good and mindful of what we eat and how we take care of our skin."
