Actress Charlize Theron admitted that she and costar Tom Hardy weren't close when they filmed Mad Max: Fury Road.
Not only does she say it was a ?struggle? to work with him, but she reveals that it showed in the characters.
Talking to The Wall Street Journal, the actress said: ?Maybe the movie is what it is because we struggled so much with each other, and those characters had to struggle so much with each other. If we were chum-chum, maybe the movie would have been 10 times worse.
