Like other celebrities, Gwen Stefani, pulled an April Fools prank for her fans. On Friday, she posted a picture of an ultrasound to her instagram page with the caption "It's a girl!" The post suggested that she and her new boyfriend, country music singer, Blake Shelton, were expecting. However, posting the image on April Fools suggested the nature of the prank.
