After posting a fake sonogram on her Instagram account as an April Fools prank, Gwen Stefani stepped out on the New York streets in style to prove she's not pregnant with Blake Shelton's baby, as evidenced by her signature abs.
Gwen was sporting a black fishnets over her probably trademarked midsection, camouflage pants, high heels, a strapless black bra and a long, black trench coat. Stefani was all smiles as she greeted fans.
