The Blade Runner sequel is well underway, and House of Cards actress Robin Wright has officially joined Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling for an unnamed, but likely pivotal role.
It appears the shooting schedule has been altered to accamodate Wright's schedule for the next season of the Netflix show, so it's a safe bet that her role will be significant.
The sequel to the gritty sci fi cult hit is scheduled to premiere on january 12, 2018.
