Madonna and estranged husband Guy Ritchie have decided to come to a peaceful agreement in the long standing custody battle over their son Rocco. The couple has decided to work out the details privately; "there will be no lawyers," a source reported. The U.K. proceedings have been called off but; all parties, parents and child, are due in court in New York June 1st if they are not able to settle things privately.
