Screenwriter Terry Gilliam's new project 'The Man Who Killed Don Quixote' will receive full funding for its $18 million budget with principal photography. The film is set to begin production in September. Paulo Branco has joined the team as producerand will produce the film under his own Paris based Alfama Films label; Tornasol Films and Leopardo Filmes will co produce. The journey of getting this film into production has been a such a long one that it has become comical.
