Hilary Duff has definitely been spending some time with a certain guy lately, but it's not what you think. Although the actress has been spotted out and about with her personal trainer Jason Walsh, the twosome are not stepping into romantic territory, despite reports claiming otherwise. Duff and Mike Comrie's divorce has been finalized almost one year after filing. The two went through with court paperwork a full year after they announced that they were separating. Duff's rep released a statement at the time of their split, saying: "They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."
