Prosecutors will drop Nick Carter's battery charges if the singer completes 25 hours of community service in the next six months. Nick Carter was arrested and locked away behind bars following an alleged bar scuffle at Hog's Breath Saloon in Key West, Florida. He was previously charged with misdemeanor battery. As for his civil lawsuit brought on from the bouncer of a Florida bar, that case is still ongoing. Carter might have apologized for his bar fight and subsequent arrest, but his legal troubles aren't over. The bouncer whom the Backstreet Boys member fought is suing the singer for allegedly "striking and choking" him.
