Actress Keke Palmer has signed a deal for the memoir 'I Don?t Belong to You: Quiet the Noise and Find Your Voice'. Publisher North Star Way announced this week that the book is described as an inspirational memoir and self-help guide. Publication for Palmer's book is currently planned for October.
