Last night at Adele's concert in Glasgow, Scotland a rigging chain fell from the ceiling and struck a female audience member, today the singer apologized for the accident. Adele took to concours-twitter.htm">twitter to say, "I'm so sorry to hear that someone got hurt at my show tonight. The woman was taken to the hospital as a precaution. The SSE Hydro is making sure the event center will be safe for the audience at tonight's concert. Adele's new record 25 is a huge hit, already selling almost 2 and a half million, and the video for the song "Hello" is a viral sensation on youtube.
