Rapper Snoop Dogg premiered his web series, Planet Snoop, on his cannabis and culture site, Merry Jane this week. As evidenced by the first installment, Squirrel vs. Snake, Snoop will help elucidate some of nature's greatest mysteries, like how a squirrel could beat a snake. Planet Snoop is based on the rapper's 'Plizzanet Earth' a parody of the BBC nature series, Planet Earth, and a joint venture with talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. The viral late-night segments traded David Attenborough's analysis for Snoop's blunt commentary and inspired a Planet Earth petition that went on to amass more than 65,000 signatures.
