Kesha?s lawyers are appealing the New York Supreme Court judge?s decision not to release her from her contract with her former producer Dr. Luke. During the previous court case, her lawyers used the argument that her contract with Dr. Luke will hurt her career emensely, while barely effecting Dr. Luke and Sony Music Records. The court made the decision to side with Dr. Luke, because he had invest $60 million dollars into Kesha?s music career and music production.
