Kesha and her legal team are filing an appeal in New York Supreme Court in response to the ruling in which her request for a preliminary injunction allowing her to record without producer Dr. Luke was dismissed. Mark Geragos, Kesha?s lawyer argues that, although Dr. Luke (Lukasz Gottwald) provided signed affidavits saying Kesha would not have any direct contact with the producer, the deal ultimately denies the singer the autonomy she requires after the reported trauma he has inflicted on her. The producer?s rep responded to the appeal: ?The Court repeatedly stated Kesha was already free to record without Dr. Luke, and that she had not presented any facts supporting her claims. That?s because all the evidence ? including Kesha?s own sworn testimony ? show her allegations are false."
