Kesha's legal battle for emancipation from her contract with the record company owned by the man she accuses of raping and abusing her is far from over.
The singer's attorney, Mark Geragos, filed an appeal to a New York appellate court Monday appealing a court decision from last month denying her request to be released from her contract with Kemosabe Records, owned by producer Dr. Luke.
