Fresh off an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Hollywood screenwriter Dalton Trumbo, actor Bryan Cranston is hopping into yet another pair of real-life shoes, this time playing the 36th president of the United States. Cranston won a Tony Award in 2014 for his role as Lyndon B. Johnson in "All the Way," , and will now revisit that performance for the HBO adaptation of the play. Directed Jay Roach - who also directed the stage play - "All the Way" tells the story of Johnson?s attempts to make the Civil Rights Act of 1964 a reality. The film features Anthony Mackie as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Melissa Leo as Lady Bird Johnson, Bradley Whitford as Hubert Humphrey and Stephen Root as J. Edgar Hoover. It premieres on HBO on May 21st.
