"L.A. Law" actor Larry Drake, best known for his role as Benny, died at his home in Los Angeles on Thursday. He was 66 years old. He won two Emmys for playing the developmentally disabled messenger Benny Stulwicz. The cause of his death was not immediately known. According to his manager Steven Siebert, Drake had some health problems and had been trying to manage his weight. Siebert remembered Drake as someone who was honest, loyal and kind. He said he was a soulful gentleman with zero ego.
