VIDEO : Simon Pegg in Negotiations to Join 'Ready Player One'

Star Trek actor Simon Pegg is reportedly in negotiations to join the cast of Steven Spielberg?s sci-fi film, Ready Player One. Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow are producing the movie, which adapts the best-selling sci-fi novel by Ernest Cline. Tye Sheridan currently leads a cast that also includes Olivia Cooke and Ben Mendelsohn, in the film which is set in a virtual world called Oasis. Sources say Pegg will play Orgen Morrow, the co-creator of Oasis. Pegg last co-starred in Mission: Impossible ? Rogue Nation and next reprises his role of Starfleet engineer Scotty in Star Trek Beyond.
