Prince Andrew was caught ramming his vehicle against electric gate found at Windsor Great Park. Andrew has been known to have road rage and has been accused of this driving infraction before, but this is the first instance where he was actually reported. Technically, the gates are public property and they are there for the purpose of keeping wildlife in the park and off of Prince Andrew?s property. Prince Andrew was reported by the head of the anti-monarchy campaign group republic, Graham Smith.
