VIDEO : 'Ballers' Creators Sued For Alleged Copyright Theft

The show 'Ballers' has become quite the hit with a wide fan base and even gaining itself a second season. However, the creation of the show is now under legal discussion. Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton are suing creators Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for a whopping $200 million dollars claiming that the stars ripped off their idea. Silas and Littleton claim they came to Johnson and Wahlberg with the idea in 2008 with plans of calling the show 'Off Season.' Johnson's and Wahlberg's reps have yet to make a comment.
