Indy will be leaping swinging back into theaters, but fans will have to wait till 2019. Harrison Ford will reprise the iconic role of Indiana Jones and Steven Spielberg will direct. The Walt Disney Co. announced Tuesday that the fifth flick in the action adventure series will open 19 July 2019. The last film in the series, "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull", came out after a nearly 20-year gap in the franchise. A fifth Indiana Jones film has long been rumoured, occasionally with whispers of different actors taking over the role from the 73-year-old Ford.
