Over 10 years after his last big screen caper and almost 40 years since his first, the adventurous archaeologist will return for another film, Disney and Lucasfilm announced Tuesday. Disney, which now owns Lucasfilm and the Indiana Jones franchise, has slated a fifth, untitled Indiana Jones movie for July 19, 2019, bringing back director Steven Spielberg, star Harrison Ford, and producers Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy. ?Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history, and we can?t wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019,? said Walt Disney Studios Chairman Alan Horn.
