It has been quite some time since we?ve had any updates on Lindsay Lohan lawsuit against the makers of the Grand Theft Auto series for allegedly using her likeness in Grand Theft Auto V without permission. As we previously reported, Lohan is suing Take-Two and Rockstar Games because she believes the character of Lacey Jonas in GTAV was an ?unequivocal? reference to her. Many believed that this case would be thrown out before it even went to trial, such as the recent lawsuit by Manuel Noriega against Activision over his likeness being used in Call of Duty.
