Former 'Friends' star Matthew Perry has been tapped to play Ted Kennedy by Reelz in its upcoming miniseries The Kennedys ? After Camelot. The miniseries is a follow up to the award winning series The Kennedys, which aired back in 2011. The four-hour miniseries is set to debut on Reelz in spring 2017. In the show, Perry will play Kennedy in the years after the assassinations of his brothers Jack and Bobby. According to the network, the show will "depict his very complicated public and private life as he tries to live up to the Kennedy family political ambition and fill a male leadership void in the family itself."
