Artist lushsux posted a shot of the act on Instagram, writing this is why we can't have nice things. The painting of Kim Kardashian's now-infamous naked selfie was painted over the weekend. It received a lot of attention and is in a public place, so it's unsurprising it would eventually be the target of vandals. Talking about positivity and empowerment in a blog post, Kardashian wrote, " I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me. And I hope that through this platform I have been given, I can encourage the same empowerment for girls and women all over the world."
