E! Network has released a clip to preview tomorrow night's all new episode of 'Total Divas.' In the clip, Nikki Bella, along with her boyfriend WWE superstar John Cena and his personal trainer, hit up the gym to begin rehabilitating her neck and spine injury. Nikki realizes almost immediately that it won't be the easiest road to recovery when trainer Rob MacIntyre limits her wine drinking to two to three nights per week.
