Congratulations are in order for Ciara and Russell Wilson. The longtime couple announced that they're engaged with a short video on Wilson's Twitter and Instagram page. Wilson captioned the video, "She said yes!" The singer and Seattle Seahawks quarterback confirmed they were dating this past July, and have drawn attention for their decision to remain abstinent throughout the course of their relationship. Wilson commented, "If you can love somebody without that, then you can really love somebody."
